Hope everlasting

Bizzy and Belle live in a quaint village, in an unknown corner of the world. Belle has been trained as a Village Protector by her father, and Bizzy is a strange visitor that the people have shown kindness to. Appearing, at least physically, to be a similar age, the two become fast friends, and Bizzy joins Belle on hunting and scouting missions.

It is a day like any other, Bizzy and Belle are out on a scouting mission, making sure the perimeter is as clear as it has always been. Lax in this duty, the two stop by the river for some idle chitchat.

Suddenly, a noise in the distance startles them both."What was that?""I don't know, but it was back home... We better go."The two race back to the village, as fast as they can.Belle, ready with her blade, is no stranger to the danger that follows a loud bang and a roaring fire.Bizzy, following behind, she has a staff but is a non-combatant, untrained in any offensive style of magic, and only dabbling in the healing arts.

Their worst fears are made reality, bandits are attacking the village, and the few protectors that can be see are on the ground, dead.Belle is quick to action, catching a nearby mage off guard, killing them in one swift thrust.Bizzy watches as the horrors go on, her stated lack of combat ability leaving her unable to help, and while bandits still stir, unable to heal the wounded at risk of herself.The remaining villagers flee, but are shot and cut down.Distracted by their destruction, the rest of the bandits are cut down by Belle as she is consumed by rage and adrenaline.

The fighting over, Bizzy and Belle take count of the bodies, and take note of who has fallen.The list ends as they run out of the names they know, protectors, tradesman and simple farmers included. Everyone has fallen, the only two survivors being the women making the list.The two spend some time in the village, gathering the dead and holding a funeral service in the form of a mass pyre.Leaving the bodies of the bandits to rot, they set off to find a new home.

Regret. Remorse. Ruin.

Years spent apart, Bizzy and Belle both miss each other dearly.Bizzy sets her sights on Ul'dah, believing this to be far enough away that she can live out her days hidden away, without interest or suspicion from others, she hopes to forget the sins of her inaction, and the betrayal and confusion she felt at the actions of her only friend. She fails in this regard, the tears of a dragon fall as she spends her time tucked away in her inn room alone.Belle feels regret at betraying her only friend, leaving her in a state of tears every night she spends traveling alone, making her way from town to town, taking odd jobs as a mercenary she makes a healthy living, but no amount of coin can replace the love of a childhood friend.

Non-WoL Timeline

Outside of the timeline where she exists as a stand-in Warrior of Light and main character. Bizzy is still a dragon of great strength and wisdom, ever faithful in her quest for knowledge and understanding. She is inquisitive, and hopeful for good.
The events of #story2 are always a constant in her relationship with Belle, but the order of events is no longer focused on gaps of time being filled with the events of the conflict in the world.

An eighth spawn of Midgardsormr's brood, Bizzelrylith (hereby referred to as 'Bizzy') is a violet and silver scaled Great Wyrm. She currently resides among the people of Eorzea and uses her grand reserves of aether to magically alter their appearance to that of a small Xaela woman. This process is very taxing, and maintaining this form keeps a great majority of her aether, and thus her strength, restrained.Throughout the years, as Bizzy as become more comfortable with her place in the world, and amongst the people within, she alters her appearance to use less of her stores of aether, appearing more Draconic, and more true to her full size, and thus gaining access to more of her true power. Though still taxing, fully glamoured she still has strength to rival the great magi of the land.Though thousands of years old, Bizzy is always striving to learn and adapt to the world around her, exploring and indulging in the cultures of the people she meets, and making her best efforts to understand the ways in which the many great races of Etheirys act and treat eachother.In her efforts to learn, Bizzy has made countless errors, sometimes in her actions, but most importantly in her inaction. Their curiousity to learn and observe the natural order of things has often led her to being blamed for the suffering she could have prevented. Most notably by her best friend of many years, Belle, in regards to the assault on her home in a remote village.Taking up a staff, she learns the practice of Black Magic, though often what seems to be a prowess in Wizardry, is nothing more than sleight of hand draconic energy put to form, resulting in fireballs and lightning that are a perfect visual replication of the arts of thaumaturgy.

Bizzy is often referred to, and confused for, the Warrior of Light, due to her ability to commit impressive feats of strength, such as her efforts in combating any Primals that find their way into a reincarnated state, resisting the effects of tempering, and amassing great levels of aether to combat her foes, but unbeknownst to all who meet her, she is not blessed by Hydaelyn herself, but is simply a being of great power. She makes no effort to explain this to people, simply finding it easier for people to believe she is simply a Champion blessed from above.Bizzy is constantly adjusting and trying to find her place in the world, and is present for the events of ARR and onwards to current events, and her companions differ due to the events that take place in ther personal relationships.
She takes center stage for events leading up to Shadowbringers, but quickly takes a backseat when it is revealed to the Scions who the true Warrior of Light is.Bizzy is not present in The First, and resides within The Source for the events of Shadowbringers, and takes a momentary backseat as she cares for the bodies of those called to the reflection.She is present for, and plays a crucial role in the events of Endwalker, and the story that lingers afterwards.

Draconic Forms

Bizzy has various states of being in response to the amount of aether she is using to alter her appearance. As she uses less aether in this way, she has more in reserve to use for other reasons.
Ranging from rather weak, to her overwhelming full strength, her appearance changing indicates the amount of aether she is using. Features include Size, Scale coverage, amount of horns, spikes on her body and claws, wings, and visible glowing aura.

Bizzy's full strength in this regard is kept for the very rare transformation into her true form, that of a Great Wyrm, comparable but less than the strength of the likes of Hraesvalgr and Nidhogg. Her lack of strength in comparison comes from her years of aetheric manipulation being used to affect her physical appearance, as opposed to great feats like winning wars and slaying foes.

Non-WoL Timeline

Outside of the timeline where Belle takes place of the Warrior of Light, she lives a simple life as a mercenary, after the events of #story2, she returns to Bizzy's side as a dear friend, and they adventure the world together, and meet new friends, without such high stakes.

An honest mercenary, well traveled, and handy in and out of combat, Belle is a brown haired Veena Viera.Growing up outside of a traditional Viera settlement, Belle was raised by her parents in a village in REDACTED, where she grew up to become a village protector, hunter and gatherer. Well into her teenage years, she met a dainty young Xaela woman, appearing to be a similar age, wandering the outskirts of town. Upon learning her name, and opting to call her "Bizzy" instead, the two headed back to the village and Belle introduced her newfound friend.Quickly becoming the closest of friends, Belle would take her out on scouting trips when it was deemed safe, and the two spent the majority of their time by eachother's side.Belle's life is flipped on its head when her village is attacked. Having taken Bizzy on a small trip outside the village, the sound of fighting brings them both racing back, only to find they are too late to stop the slaughter, and with Bizzy being incapable of holding her own, Belle is left to clear the village of bandits on her own, resulting in either side having no survivors, save Belle and Bizzy. Distraught, the two comfort eachother, and hold a mass funeral for the villagers, including Belle's own parents.Belle and Bizzy set out to travel the world, determined to find a new home and regain the family they have lost. Years go by as they travel, making somewhat of a name for themselves, including the events of Heavensward, where Belle and Bizzy are entwined in the Dragonsong war.Acting as her trusted retainer, Belle stands by Bizzy's side as she fights for her kind against the religious ruling of the Holy See. As a result of Bizzy's actions during the war, it is revealed to Belle by a mysterious figure that the young Xaela woman is not all she seems, a note dropped by Belle's bedchambers reveals Bizzy's true name, a name she had long forgotten, and with it, knowledge of her true power as a Great Wyrm in digsuise.Upon learning the reality of her own friends being, and the reason behind her inaction during the attack on Belle's village, she is disgusted, and write a short letter to Bizzy, left behind in the middle of the night for Bizzy to find in the morning.The note details a location, and tells Bizzy to come armed, as it could be dangerous.The two meet again in a remote location in the Churning Mists, Belle waits patiently for Bizzy to arrive, and when she does, Belle, consumed by rage and despair, attacks Bizzy, catching her off guard, and with Belle's combat skills far surpassing Bizzy's, the bout is over quickly, and Belle leaves her for dead, wishing to never see her again.

Having lost her only friend to her own emotions, Belle sets out on her own into the world, taking mercenary jobs where and when she can, traveling from city to city, meeting folk and making a name for her self on her own standing.Being dubbed "Lionsblade", Belle becomes a reputable sell-sword, and is hired for bigger and more important jobs, eventually resulting in her joining the Eorzean city-states efforts against the Garlean Empire.Absent from events in Hingashi, Belle does not take place in the efforts to reclaim Doma, instead she is hired by the Ala Mhigan Liberation Front, becoming an asset crucial in operations against the Garlean Empire.Before the end of the liberation of Ala Mhigo, Belle returns to Ul'dah for a short time to rest. In this time, she keeps to herself, and takes on just one mercenary job to cover her stay. As she arrives in Ul'dah, booking her room in the middle of the day, yet as she leaves the inn. part 5 of #story2From this point onwards, Belle returns to Bizzy's side, acting as her retainer once again, she works together with the mighty "warrior of light" to finish the fight in Ala Mhigo, where her body fails her during her seemingly final showdown with the enemy. Fainting in the field of battle, falling to a similar fate as her friends in the Scions have, she wakes up in The First.Belle's adventures in the first play out largely the same, with Ardbert being replaced by her shard, Allyssra, a mercenary and Crystarium city guard who falls in the same manner as usual, fighting against the Flood of Light, being the only spiritual survivor of her crew.Upon returning to the Source, Belle is welcomed back with open arms by a tearful Bizzy, who was worried she would lose her friend again, after just recently being reunited.

Relevancy to WoL-Timeline

Envy shares very little relevancy to the events of the WoL Timeline, but she exists within both as a friend and eventual comrade to the two friends she makes in Bizzy and Belle.
Envy is a non-combatant and is not present in combat scenarios until the beginning of Dawntail.

Cursed from birth, Envy is a Seeker of the Sun Miqo'te with ginger hair and one darkened eye.Born under the name Yari, her life was planned out to her eighteenth nameday, she was to be exiled from her village as the blackened iris she developed from birth was said to be a sign of a great curse, one that would bring misfortune on the village she was born in.This news was delivered to her on her sixteenth nameday, she was to be given a start in life, and as soon as she was of age, thrown out and never mentioned again. Refusing to accept such a fate, she stole her fathers katana, and set off a few days before her seventeenth summer. Traveling on the roads, scavenging for food, relying on the good faith of those she met, Yari eventually reaches the city of Ul'dah, where she continues her life in relative peace, the only improvement inside the city walls being that she were safe from monsters.Begging for coin and food, Yari eventually resolves to sell her fathers blade, giving her enough coin to eat for the coming weeks. Years pass, but her will to survive never falters, and even on days where she can't find suitable work, she relies on the kindness of the people around her to persevere.On what she remembers as her eighteenth nameday, with a heavy heart, she casts aside one of the last pieces of herself given by her parents, her name. Believing she deserves more than what she's been given and had taken from her, she takes up the name Envy, and with it, vows to live her life to the fullest, and defy the fate she was delegated to. It is on this fateful day that she meets a tall, cloaked woman with pointed ears. Towering above the young girl, she passes by and leaves enough coin for a night in the inn, and a heart meal.In the season that passes, Envy's curse has begun to eat away at her, almost entirely causing her vision in her left eye to decay. Her vision blurry, her coordination lacking, she is approached by the woman, as she has been every day since their first meeting.

No longer donning the hood that was so familiar to the young miqo'te, the woman leans down, gives a hearty greeting, and introduces herself as Amelia, better known to the people of Ul'dah as Amethyst. Instead of her usual donation of gil, she offers a new hand to grasp, a chance to pull herself from the slum that had been forced upon her, a job at a small venue, tucked away from sight, but not hidden. The Lucky Rabbit, a venue of escorts comprised entirely of Viera, were in need of a bartender, and were willing to pay generously for such a role to be filled.Envy's stint as a bartender was short lived, her ability to make drinks of a high quality wavering past anything more than "put it in a glass", but her ability to talk with customers and be a lively presence was unmatched. Yearning for more, Envy soon was curious as to the work her closest friend partook in, and inquired about it. After learning about Amethyst's role in the venue as an escort, Envy was intrigued and enamored by the idea, bugging her and the owner for most of the next ten days until finally making headway, firstly, by way of getting to watch her friend as she works, and then in the form of her first Client.A meek but eager young man was to be her first client, with precautions in place to make sure Envy was okay. A guard stationed inside the room, her friend Amethyst there to guide her, and a long-time client comfortable and grateful for the opportunity.With her first job going well and even with her pay being severely reduced to cover the measures put in place for her trial, Envy was ecstatic and overjoyed with herself, and quickly realised this to be what she felt was right for her. Over the coming months, Envy would juggle shifts in the bar and bookings with clients, until the latter became her sole job in the venue. Envy would go on to become the only non-viera Escort assigned to The Lucky Rabbit.

Later in life, Envy meets a Viera mercenary spending some time in the city between jobs, enjoying each others company, they soon forgo the professional air of a business relationship, and become friends. Hearing stories from Belle's adventures lights a fire within Envy, and she soon wishes to travel, and journey to all the places she has yet to see.She joins Bizzy and Belle on their adventures across the world, beginning in Dawntrail, she is on the road, continuing her work as she travels, but mainly focusing on spending time with her friends and making new ones.
